hello, ladies. i came home already and seems like I started to feel myself better (morally) after a few days of alone rest in another place. my husband had normal reaction to my desire to be alone ad told if i need it then i should go. i am so thankful him for his understanding. But together with it he suggested me to go through the cours of psychological help....how do you think is it good idea?

Nice to hear that you are at home already :) i am also glad that you have so understanding husband by your side. If you feel that you are completely ok and you don't need more time to sta alone and you accepted the fact of hysterectomy than think there is no need. But if you feel that there something left you should go

i think that when you feel that you can't cope with the problem yourself it is specialist who can help you.
there is nothing bad in it.

First, the psychologist ensures confidentiality in their work (and what You think is private will be saved between the two of you), unlike a friend who can a) spill the beans (and this may ruin someone's personal life); b) learn from You what is not necessary to know that can have an effect on your relationship with her. That's why on counselling achieved a degree of openness that cannot be achieved even with the closest person  .
Secondly, mental health care specialist associated with methods and techniques which are not available on their effectiveness in people without psychological education.
